Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted by email at info@edgewiseenvironmental.com. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (less any noted fees), provided the criteria below have been met.

Participant Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a refund, less a $300 CAD administration fee. Participants may request that the original registration fee be transferred to a future course (within 12 months of the original course), provided the request is made more than 30 days before the original course start date.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the course start date are non-refundable. This also applies to any individuals who register within 30 days of the course start date. No refunds will be issued after this date, including for non-attendance or mid-course withdrawal.

Failure to attend any portion of the course without notice is considered a cancellation and is non-refundable.

Edgewise Environmental Ltd. Cancellation

Edgewise Environmental Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to scheduling conflicts or insufficient registration. Minimum registrant requirements vary. We strive to notify clients at least 1 month before the course start date. Should Edgewise Environmental Ltd. cancel a course, registrants may transfer to a later offering (within 12 months of the original course) or receive a full refund to their original form of payment.

Transfer and Substitution

For individuals:

Registrations are non-transferable. Once a registration is confirmed, it is valid only for the individual listed at the time of registration.

For corporations:

Substituting one participant for another is not permitted after the course has begun.

Travel & Accommodation

Course participants are responsible for all travel arrangements and expenses associated with attending our training programs or workshops. This includes, but is not limited to, travel, accommodation, transportation, meals, and any other costs incurred before, during, or after the duration of our courses.

In the event of course cancellation or rescheduling, Edgewise Environmental Ltd. is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other associated costs.

Accessibility & Accommodation

Edgewise Environmental Ltd. is committed to supporting an inclusive learning environment. If trainees require accommodations to participate fully in the course, please contact info@edgewiseenvironmental.com in advance to make arrangements.

Code of Conduct

All trainees will be required to review and agree to the Edgewise Environmental Ltd. Training Course Code of Conduct and applicable terms and conditions as part of the registration process.
